The structure of La Casetta di Nonna Gemma holds a special and precious secret that makes it truly one of a kind. The accommodation was built entirely using ancient fossilized stones, which remain clearly visible to the naked eye throughout the walls. Some of these specimens, carefully preserved and embedded in the rock, date back 5,000 years. Staying here means taking a true journey back in time, surrounded by the charm of an ancient history that you can feel in every corner.

The living area of La Casetta di Nonna Gemma is designed to offer you maximum comfort and make you feel right at home. The heart of the space is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals using fresh produce straight from our garden. Characterized by beautiful walls with exposed stone details that reflect Abruzzo’s rural tradition, this welcoming space combines a relaxing living room with a spacious dining area. From the living area, you can directly access the terrace and private balcony—the perfect spot to enjoy an outdoor breakfast with stunning panoramic views of the mountain and surrounding garden.
Bedrooms
Designed to ensure a rejuvenating rest in the quiet of the Palmoli hills, the sleeping area is perfect for both couples and families. The accommodation features 2 spacious bedrooms (accommodating up to 4 guests in total), offering bright rooms thoughtfully furnished in a simple, warm style.
Serving the bedrooms is a full bathroom equipped with a bidet, shower, and hairdryer. For your utmost convenience, bed linen and towels are available upon request. All rooms are strictly non-smoking and provide total immersion in the peacefulness of the Abruzzo countryside.
